So this is not so bad, month is in the 30's is good. This month is going to be lower a bit, due to the starting of 1/2 marathon training. That starts on the 16Th, I am kinds scared to commit to that, but we will give it a shot. Oh I do get my new tat this month I was able to get 4 weeks that had a long run of 5 miles. So once I get that then I will post a pic for all to see :D
